Evolución histórica del análisis de peligro por inundaciones en el municipio de León, Guanajuato (2006 - 2018)
Main Article Content
Abstract
The chronology of flood disasters in León dates back to the 17th century. This component has been described in the 2006, 2010 and 2018 risk atlases. This paper describes the historical evolution of the flood hazard in each atlas. The chapters of the component developed under the current methodologies for each version are compared. The results show that climatological and hydrological information were crucial in the calibration of modeling (1D and 2D). However, the constant updating of accurate topographic information is transcendental in the 2D modeling to determine flood plains, and thus develop the vulnerability and risk of the component.
