This model is a result of a correlational research with a mixed and quasi-experimental approach. It is applied to a specific problem where the implementation of changes in behaviors is of the essence. The practical application and validation are on an Engineering Center in México to improve on the theme of “Inclusion & Diversity”, where we need the adoption of behaviors and habits to create a healthy and psychological safe working environment to collaborate, share novel ideas, and where everyone has the same recognition and growth opportunities in their professional career. The effectiveness of the model is observed with measurements before and after the intervention, and significative behavioral changes are identified, with visible impact on success indicators that validates the model on this application.
